How We Obtain Personal Client Information

authorize us to contact, to review applications

How we maintain Personal Client Information
We also maintain various types of information including:
- Identifying information, such as VAT number,
jurisdiction of incorporation, names, addresses,
and passwords.
- Information regarding credit worthiness provided
to us on application.
- Account activity information.
Personal Client Identification Information and
our Web policies
When you visit our websites, we will not collect
any personal ID information about you (such as your
name, address, telephone number, personal identification
numbers, billing and shipping information, credit
card information or e-mail address) unless you provide
it to us voluntarily.
In addition, some portions of our website invite
visitors to submit names, e-mail addresses or addresses
of others in connection with certain promotions or
offers (including offers to purchase products online
or information).
If you opt not to provide us with personal ID information,
no material consequences will result. However, you
may be unable to participate in certain promotions,
receive product information, or buy products offered
through our website or our offices.

Disclosure to Non-Affiliated Third Parties
Cambridge will not sell or provide your personal
information to any third parties for their independent
use. However, we may disclose information about you,
including nonpublic personal information, to nonaffiliated
third parties (persons or companies who do not own
or control, are not owned or controlled by, or are
not under common control with Cambridge) but only
as described below:
- Legally Required Disclosure: We may use all of
the information we collect, as described above,
to satisfy legal requirements. For example, we may
use your VAT number (or social security number or
Tax ID number) for income tax reporting purposes.
We will also share your nonpublic personal information
with government agencies and authorized enforcement
investigators as required or allowed by law, including
in order to comply with applicable government reporting
or legal process (such as court orders, subpoenas,
or government requests, and current anti-money laundering
legislation). We do so where it is reasonable for
us to believe this request is legitimate and valid
or we are required to do so.
- Disclosure With Your Consent. We may disclose
the information that we collect, as described above,
to any person when you have provided your written
consent for us to do so, including when you give
someone a power of attorney or other authorization
to act on your behalf.

not disclose information we collect, other

financial services for us.

We do not disclose information

- Disclosure to consumer reporting (credit
reporting) agencies. We do not
disclose information relating to our transactions
or experiences with you to consumer reporting agencies

transactions, or to security personnel whose mandate
